Happy St-Patricks day!
My good friends sister makes these outrageously creative fun lunches for her children daily. Check out all her documented lunches on her blog, www.funlunchbox.com

funlunchbox:

Lunch #116 - “Lucky Charms”.  Made a pot of gold today.  The “pot” is a rice onigiri filled with bibimbap fillings from last night’s dinner and overflowing with some corn.  I made the dollar signs out of some cucumber using my very pointy exacto knife.  For the rainbow, red:strawberries; orange:carrots; yellow:daikon; green:cucumber; blue:bean threads in blue food colouring; purple:blueberries.  Got a box of Lucky Charms and added the marshmallows for effect, but took them out of the box before putting on the lid as they would melt.  Added them on the side instead as a treat.
“Luck” deals with fate or chance.  It can be good or bad.  What do you consider “lucky”?  My Ray was born on a Friday the 13th - a week after her due date.  Some may consider that “bad luck”, but she has and continues to be one of the greatest and most significant blessings in my life. I don’t consider that “luck”.  I consider it a humbling and great blessing.  ”Behold, children are a gift of the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward.” - Psalm 127:3.
Perhaps our idea of what we consider “lucky” is tied into our passions… What are you passionate about?  TGIF!!! Have a great weekend, everyone! : )
