Tall Ships

Tall ships are a Nova Scotian icon in the summer time, lined up like soldiers along the Halifax harbour for tourists to salute. The image of such a majestic vessel on the cover of my guest book (more to follow on this) was a necessity. So once the book was completed I felt it would be a waste having only pulled the burnt image once. After some minor adjustments the prints were completed consisting of four editions. Each colour represents a certain aspects of these crafts . Bronze embodying the immortalized magnificence of the tall ship. Porcelain blue the colour of the deep ocean waters they crossed. Dusty rose for the romantic tales each vessel tells and aqua for the exotic locations these explorers discovered. I have an online store in the works, so these will be available to purchase soon!
